For secure encrypted email and attachments exchange, PNO Group uses FileCap (See https://filecap.com/en for a manual NL/DE/EN). A client can be invited to use FileCap for secured transfer too. FileCap pops up in the PNO Group email client (Outlook).

What should you do as a user:
- Restart Outlook;
- The button will automatically be visible in your Outlook. If you select new e-mail, the FileCap button will appear. PLEASE NOTE this may take some time. If it is not visible by Wednesday at the latest, you can send an e-mail to servicedesk@sltn.nl or send in a ticket at https://sltn.topdesk.net.
- FileCap in Outlook is only available for your main account. If you have another account, please log in via the FileCap website of the entity in question, for instructions see Manual – FileCap (sharepoint.com).
We recommend regularly (preferably daily) switching your laptop on and off. This will ensure that your laptop always has the latest updates.
